Residence Inn by Marriott Chico

This place is definitely five stars. The staff is super friendly helpful and supportive. We were displaced due to a house fire and they have been so wonderful. The breakfast is better than any hotel I've ever been to. I've been to a lot being a military wife and traveling across the country multiple times. They are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are big and feature a full kitchen with options of stove or no stove. The two bedroom suites come with a fireplace. The lobby is warm and welcoming. If you have the money it's worth it.

It was a great place to stay at, the staff were really nice and friendly. The room service was great and the breakfast contained a lot of different options you could pick from.

We were visiting from SoCal and needed a two bedroom suite. This place was perfect. The staff addressed our needs. When an emergency hospital visit extended our stay and we needed an accessible room they fixed us up. Eric, at the front desk, allowed us to checkout at 2 PM, not noon, so that the accessible room residents could check out at noon. He worked with housekeeping to have them immediately turn the accessible room around so we could just move in at 2 PM. When the nature of our injury suggested that a lobby chair would help with the pain they let us put it in our room. A great place to stay.

What a quiet and friendly neighborhood this residence inn is located. I usually don't stay at an residence inn but I gave it a try this time and can say it was pleasantly wonderful. The staff were friendly and inviting. The room spacious from studio to 1 bedroom rooms with full kirchen equipped. Breakfast provided for free is always a plus. Usually these residence inns are always confidently located near is another marriott property so if you feel like residence inn isn't your place then you could check in right next door.

Residence Inn is a great place for extended stays. This one is in a particularly convinent part of town. Some of the rooms are falling apart, and could use a refresh. They haven't been updated since the hotel was built in 2004, even though the website will tell you it was renovated in 2015. Bath/shower falling all apart, often clogs, bathroom fans in most rooms vibrate and make loud noises, audible from the floor above and below you. Free breakfast is always great.

It was a great stay. I travel a lot and it's quite hard to find places to stay comfortably and for cheap. This place had really good options for breakfast that you could choose from and the staff was really friendly.

I'll be honest, when I first exited to turn into this hotel, my hopes were not high. It seemed seedy but I later realized it was just in an older industrial type part of town. The hotel itself was obviously older, and the decor was a tad dated, but once I stayed, I couldn't have been happier. The staff was incredible, the rooms were comfy, and most importantly quiet. AC worked good! The other guests were nice and friendly. I highly recommend staying here, and will do so again!

This is a great place to stay. It really is like home away from home. Kitchen, pans, dishwasher. I feel at home here and they are pet friendly. Our birds were welcomed as we were.Comfortable bed, extra blanket. They staff is really sweet and helpful. Free breakfast there's nothing to complain about.
